Clay's Can...
And So Can You!
Curtis, Tanya, and their Family hosted a garage sale to fundraise for March for Babies and share with their community the importance of supporting the March of Dimes. the garage sale brought in over three hundred dollars for their family team. More importantly to Tanya Clay, was the opportunity to educate a community that has some of the highest preterm birth percentages in the state. Parts of DeSoto have preterm birthrates as high as 16.1%.
When Tanya became aware that the preterm birth rates for some parts of Cedar Hill were up to 13% she was committed to do what her best to help decrease those numbers. As the 2014 Dallas Division March for Babies Ambassador family, The Clays plan to educate, fundraise, and encourage throughout these and many other communities.

They had a very successful day and were able to share their story as well as the March of Dimes mission.
